First things first, forget everything you think you know about weddings, because we’re doing things a little differently!

For us, the most important thing isn’t having a wedding, it’s having a marriage. The wedding is just the beginning of that, and we want to start it surrounded by the people who truly love and care about us, who know us as a couple and have been part of our story together.

That means we’re keeping the guest list small and personal. So, if you’re reading this, congratulations, you’ve made the cut! We obviously think a lot of you (even if we don’t always say it!).

As for the day itself, we’re not particularly interested in all the traditional wedding formalities. Once we’ve said our vows and made it official, we want to let our hair down and have one big party with our favourite people.

Think less traditional wedding reception, more festival with a couple of brides thrown in. Good music, good food, plenty of laughs and hopefully some questionable dancing.

No fuss, no unnecessary traditions, just love, laughter and a bloody good party.
